These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of DietLens, operated by DietLens. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use DietLens. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Sign-in is provided through Google.
You agree not to:
Scan results, nutrition values, coaching replies, insights, and tasks are generated by automated systems and are estimates. They may be inaccurate or incomplete, and you are responsible for how you use them. DietLens does not provide medical, nutritional, or professional advice. Consult a qualified professional before making significant dietary or health decisions.
DietLens offers a free tier and paid auto-renewing subscriptions (Plus and Pro) with higher limits and additional features. Paid subscriptions are billed through your Google Play account at the price shown in the app. Unless you cancel, a subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and you are charged within 24 hours before the period ends. If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends. You can manage or cancel anytime in Google Play under Subscriptions; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Refunds are handled according to Google Play’s policies. Prices, tiers, and limits may change, with changes applying to future billing periods.
The app, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by us and our licensors. You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as your photos), and you grant us the limited rights needed to process and display it to provide the service.
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the app’s estimates.
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service and its users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory local consumer-protection laws grant you additional rights.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated version and date, and we may ask you to review and accept the revised Terms.
