Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your DietLens account and the personal data associated with it at any time. There are two ways:

1. In the app

Open Profile → Settings → Delete account and confirm. (If you don’t see this option yet, use the email request below.)

2. By request

Email dietlensapp@gmail.com from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify the request and process it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile (name, email, and all onboarding/profile details).
• Your scans and scan photos, food logs, coach chat history, goal tasks, weight and water logs, and notifications.
• Your subscription link in our systems (note: manage or cancel the subscription itself in Google Play → Subscriptions).

What we may keep

We may retain a limited amount of data where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons, kept only as long as necessary and then deleted. Your Health Connect activity data is never stored on our servers, so there is nothing to delete on our side for it.
